Returns & Refunds


We sincerely appreciate your business and hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, please review our return/refund policy.

  • First, please contact us if you are not satisfied with your item as refunds must be pre-approved and item must be in unused condition.
  • You have one week upon receipt of the item to request, via email, that you would like to return an item. Note that there are no returns or store credits issued for customized or specially designed jewelry (such as Gold Grills, engraved items, name plates etc). 
  • Your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging and must include proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and item must be sent back through certified mail with a tracking number. You are responsible with providing us with the tracking number.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and let you know if the return is approved for refund.
  • Refunds are issued through the original form of payment made when the item was purchased.
