- First, please contact us if you are not satisfied with your item, as refunds must be pre-approved.
- You have one week upon receipt of the item to request, via email, that you would like to return an item.
- There are no returns for custom jewelry (name plates, name rings, etc).
- Item must be unworn/unused, in the same condition as it was received, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and must be sent back through certified mail with a tracking number. You are responsible for providing us with the tracking number.
- Once item is received, we will inspect it and let you know if the return is approved for refund.
- Refunds are issued through the original form of payment made when the item was purchased.
